Convenient location close to shops and restaurants, friendly staff. The room was cozy and had air conditioning, plus a coffee maker ☕.

The rooms are updated and fairly clean. The staff is incredibly nice and pleasant. Easy check-in and check-out process. The hotel offers parking on-site. They have a great pool.

We loved our modern and clean room with a comfortable King bed, large TV, and spacious table, and the convenience of being close to various restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms and great beds. All the staff members are amicable and excellent. Location is perfect and awesome, in the middle of jackson. And it's nestled in a nice building close enough to downtown and restaurants and stores and Chillicothe. If in Chillicothe again definitely want to stay in that area again

The location was great and quiet, adjacent to restaurants and stores, and stores, in a nice area. Booked a room with jacuzzi. The employees were welcoming and courteous and kept it all clean.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or needs that we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city. One more advantage was the spacious and comfortable rooms, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a city break.

One thing that we didn't particularly enjoy was the noise from the nearby facilities, especially during the evening hours. It was a bit disturbing to hear kids screaming and playing until late at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms are soundproof and updated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Its location is particularly good, just next door to Chillicothe, with restaurants and stores, and several eating establishments.
